Included with Legendary Bundle:

  • Hashtek A-series Extra Wide (65 gallon, 7″ LCD Screen)
    • Comes with 65 gallon tank, 65a paddle and 65a sized filter screen
    • Includes Check Valve Kit & Butterfly Valve Kit
  • Hashtek v2 Collection Vessel (46 gallon)
    • Comes with a filter screen so that you can keep ice in the collection vessel underneath your collection bags. Single port rather than dual port like is used for agitation tanks.
    • Improved centre drain design
    • TIG welded Blickle medical caster wheels (no more dollies)
  • 3-way valve
    • This allows you to split your filtered water into two directions (1) Recirculate back to agitation tank or (2) drain to waste
    • Typically we recirculate until the water starts to get dirty. Then drain to waste and replace with ice cold water.
  • 2x Sanitary Hose (5′ length)
    • If using the Chugger Max pump we recommend getting (1) 1.5″ x 5″ Hose for the feed line and (2) 1″ x 5′ Hose for the outlet
    • If using the Riptide Pump we recommend getting 2x 1″ x 5′ Sanitary Hose
  • Quick Disconnect
    • These are great to use for quickly disconnecting hoses. At the very least we recommend using one at the back of the tank for quickly uncoupling the hose from the check valve. The pro move is to have a quick disconnect at the end of every sanitary hose
  • Bag Spreader
    • This allows you to use a 220u work bag in the 50 gallon agitation tank. The bag spreader pushes the bag down and keeps it from getting caught in the agitation paddle.
    • The bag spreader is not required but some of our customers find that it makes emptying and cleaning the tank easier. The other option is to use a 220u bag in your collection bag spread and catch the small amounts of flower that make it through the Hashtek false bottom there. We find that less than 3% of the biomass typically makes it through the filter screen.
    • Work Bag
      • Custom made 65 gallon work bag (tank liner) for a perfect fit in the Hashtek 65a tank.
      • Food grade nylon, 220 micron
      • v2 strap design
      • Rinse Pump Combo
        • 55 GPM Seaflo Pump
        • 2x 10′ lenghts of 1/2″ Braided Food Grade Tubing
        • Pro Flow Spray Head
        • Quick Disconnect
        • Crimped end fittings
        • No Bulkhead “drinking straw”
        • Spray Head Holder
        • Pre-Soak Screen
          • Pushes material down below the water line for rehydration
          • Great for ice less washing
          • Used for both fresh frozen and dry cured material

        OPTIONAL:

        • Additional 30 Gallon Tank
          • Pilot / Pheno Hunt System
          • Nice to have for smaller 1-5 kg fresh frozen batches
          • Includes 30 Gallon Tank (Dual TC), 30a Paddle, 30a filter screen, 30a tank bracket
          • This system still includes the 50a tank, paddle and screen – this is simply an add on so that you have two wash size vessels to select from depending on batch size.
        • Neoprene Insulating Jackets
          • Increase cooling efficiency by insulating tank/collection vessel
          • Sewn together in Canada from 7mm closed cell Neoprene

        • Recommended Tables:
          • Sanitary
            • Uline H-3628 – ($1,140) Welded Stainless Steel Workbench – 60″ x 30″ – 1500lb Capacity
          • Non Stainless
            • Uline H-5785S –  ($600) Mobile Steel Assembly Table 60″ x 36″ – 1000lb Capacity
          • Note that 65 gallons of water weighs 540 lbs and the agitator + tank weighs around 150lbs so budget for 700lbs + 25% for stability. Therefore we recommend a table with a minimum capacity of 1000lbs for the extra wide with 65a tank.

        1. The system itself and the productivity of it is just next level. With other machines there is a lot of stop and go, stop and go that hinders productivity. The Hashtek captures the best of the traditional methodology. And when I say traditional I mean hand paddling. If you’re going to do what we call “naked wash” and hand-paddle flower, the heads fall down. This particular machine being top-down mimics hand paddling with semi-automation that we can control.

Can the machine run 15,000 grams? Yeah, but we’re more in the 8,000-10,000 gram range for a reason. We want to be able to run much smaller batches and mimic the hand-washing application. It’s a beefy industrial machine with a control point panel and a tremendous amount of thought went into it.

We’ve seen other machines work well in other applications. I think it’s like pots and pans for a chef. Are you copper-clad? Are you cooking on gas? It’s about preferences. But when it comes to being able to run smaller batches and still be efficient, and have that quality there, the Hashtek has been the one for us.

In the past, all your bags would be touching the side of the collection vessel. I’m not really sure why it took 20 years to implement a floating ring for this application but kudos to the person who thought about it at Hashtek. Once you see the Hashtek in action, you’re going to say, “This was designed for a hash makers by hash makers.” I’m not even sure how you go back.

        2. The hashtek 50A has been incredible. It has made the washing process much more streamlined and efficient. It takes away the need to paddle for hours and you don’t have to lift heavy barrels anymore. We are able to work through materiel much faster, and I love having the ability to fully control how gentle the machine runs. Amazing unit and very worth having it.

        3. We purchased our hashtek 50A in the fall of 2022 and it has been the best investment in our lab by far. With the 50A we can easily crush 8,000-10,000 gram washes. The LCD display provides you the ability to customize your agitation speeds and time as well as utilize your rinse pump and recirculating pump all from one screen. Couldn’t recommend this enough

        4. One of the best purchases I’ve made. We are flying through material. What would have taken us into early next year will be finished by the months end. Thank you for offering a unit that puts in the work at a more affordable price point. In hindsight. That tilting tank setup should have been what we went with but we are making it work and it’s an amazing tool to have around.

        5. Been loving my 50a hashtek unit since I got it few months ago, I came from handwashing and tested this machine vs a hand wash with lab results proving the Hashtek was slightly more pure with A LOT less effort. Aleks is a pleasure to work with/very knowledgeable in the industry and will treat you right! Highly recommend this unit to any hash maker and I will personally never go back to hand washing! Hopefully one day I will be rocking a 65t unit. Kudos to Hashtek for providing affordable hash making equipment!
