Sanitary hoses are perfect for hash water transfer. They are commonly used in the food and beverage industry. The ends are crimped which is more sanitary than a hose clamp/hose barb combo. The tubing is more durable and made of higher quality than what is typically found on Amazon or a hardware store.
We recommend 1″ nitrile tubing if using for a recirculation setup with the Hashtek A-Series. Nitrile has excellent resistance to Isopropyl alcohol and other cleaners.

Cover : Gray Nitrile Rubber.
Reinforcement : Dual high tensile wire helix embedded between layers of textile cords.
Tube : Smooth FDA Compliant White Nitrile.
The white nitrile rubber is a durable and proven option for recirculation hose. Resistant to chemicals and will last a long time if properly maintained.
EPDM
Sanitary TC crimped. Hydraulic machine permanent crimp.
Temp Range: -20 to 45 °C or -4 to 113 °F
Good chemical resistance. Durable hose. Can be used for glycol connections and ice water.
Compliant with standards of FDA, USDA, 3A and NSF-51
Platinum Cured Silicone
Sanitary TC Crimped. Hydraulic Machine Permanent Crimp.
Braided for increased strength. Very easy to clean and resin will NOT stick to the side walls. Also clear so you can see inside your hoses to see what is in there.
