About Hashtek

Born out of necessity.Built for the craft.

Hashtek brings engineers, artists, fabricators, and hashmakers together to build better tools for solventless extraction.

Canada legalized cannabis. The right equipment still had to be built.

Hashtek emerged from Canada's federal legalization of cannabis and a straightforward need: solventless producers deserved purpose-built equipment that treated hashmaking like the serious process it is.

We combined industrial equipment design with sanitary stainless fabrication and firsthand respect for the craft. The goal was never to make another generic tank. It was to solve real production problems, cleanly and reliably.

Build what was missing

Early on, our work centred on a simple question: how can the equipment get out of the hashmaker's way? That question still guides every frame, tank, control, and connection.

02

Learn from every wash

The best ideas come from the floor. Customer feedback and real production experience shape systems that are easier to clean, easier to scale, and more comfortable to run.

03

Share the tek

Our open-source hash blog and Hashtek Experiments turn what we learn into practical knowledge. Better information raises the standard for everyone.

Bring hash to the people.

By making clean, reliable tools—and sharing what we learn along the way.

The standard is in the details.

Good equipment is more than stainless steel. It is the sum of a hundred decisions made with the operator, the product, and the next production day in mind.

01

Start with the process

We design around the realities of making hash: cold rooms, demanding sanitation, heavy biomass, tight production windows, and the people doing the work.

02

Build it to be used

Sanitary stainless construction, thoughtful geometry, and practical controls matter because equipment should make a production day cleaner—not more complicated.

03

Stay after delivery

A machine is only part of a working lab. We help customers size systems, think through workflow, and keep improving after the equipment arrives.

Made here. Proven out there.

From the first weld to the first wash, every North American-made Hashtek system carries the work of the people who built it.

The equipment is the beginning of the relationship.

We help producers think through capacity, workflow, room layout, and the path from today's production to tomorrow's. Whether you are building your first system or scaling a commercial lab, we are ready to talk it through.
