Shipping and U.S. customs
See the delivery charge, taxes, and any Hashtek-collected import fees before you submit or pay for an order.
The short version
No freight commitment before checkout.

- Add your destination at checkout to calculate shipping and tax.
- Review every available delivery option and fee before payment.
Canada and U.S. orders
Parcel orders use live or recently cached carrier rates when they are available. Products with a configured flat delivery rate show that rate instead. Large equipment is marked as freight delivery on the product page.
In-stock parcel orders confirmed before 2 PM Eastern normally ship the same business day. Freight access, appointment requirements, and manually reviewed destinations can add handling time.
What U.S. customers see
Checkout itemizes merchandise, shipping, applicable Hashtek import or tariff fees, tax, and the final order total in your selected currency. If a fee applies, it appears as its own line in the order summary rather than being hidden inside shipping.
U.S. freight orders that require customs onboarding include the USD $210 LTL freight brokerage fee in the summary and open a secure electronic CBP Form 5106 after the order or quote is created. The secure form link is also emailed so it can be resumed later.
CAD and USD pricing
The currency shown on product pages carries through cart, checkout, payment, email, and invoice. Cart and checkout totals display the active three-letter currency code so a dollar amount cannot be mistaken for the other currency.
Freight and international review
If a destination or equipment configuration requires a manual freight review, checkout clearly marks shipping as pending and creates a quote request instead of collecting payment. Hashtek confirms access requirements and the final rate with you.
