What are the BubbleTek capacities?
BubbleTek ice water extractors are rated by fresh frozen load per wash. BubbleTek 10: 2.5 kg (5.5 lb) fresh frozen; BubbleTek 20: 5 kg (11 lb) fresh frozen; BubbleTek 30: 7.5 kg (16.5 lb) fresh frozen. Dry-material guidance is roughly one fifth of the fresh frozen figure.
Which BubbleTek size should I buy?
Choose the smallest machine that handles your normal batch without chronic overloading. The 10 gallon suits pheno hunts and test washes, the 20 gallon suits craft batches and micro-production, and the 30 gallon suits larger craft batches and quality-focused small-scale production. Operators who regularly wash more than 7.5 kg per batch should look at the A-Series or 85T.
How many washes can a BubbleTek do in a day?
A complete wash runs 30 to 90 minutes with three to four pulls, so two to three washes per shift is typical. A BubbleTek 30 at two washes per day processes about 15 kg of fresh frozen material per day, or roughly 75 kg per five-day week.
What voltage do BubbleTek machines use?
Every BubbleTek is available in 110 V or 220 V single phase. The 110 V versions use a standard NEMA 5-15 plug and draw under 8 A, so they run on an ordinary household circuit.
Are BubbleTek machines stainless steel?
Yes. The vessel, paddle and integrated 500 micron mesh basket are 304 stainless steel, TIG welded, with 1.5 inch sanitary tri-clamp connections for recirculation and rinse pumps.
