    • Lift Cart Not Included
      • Notice: When sourcing a lift cart or table make sure to find one that lifts to (or has a height of) at least 31″ of height. Many lift carts only lift to 28″ in which case a platform needs to be added.

Shipping Note: Due to the size of this bundle it ships via LTL (truck) rather than ground shipment. A tailgate truck will be provided for ease of delivery. For US customers: we will handle the customs importing process on these bundles, but you will need to fill out the 5106 import form.
