Assembly seems to be simple and painless, although order time to a little longer then expected. Aleks and his team assured me of my package and my delivery was on the way. Once received, the delivery driver was extremely nice and placed my order exactly where I wanted it. And Bada Boom Bada Bing my extremely fancy hash washing equipment was here!

I have had the pleasure of running a bunch of automated washers on the market. I have to Say Hashtek has your back! They are continually working with makers to create solutions to streamline making quality fire hash products. I have run the A series in a few labs and it’s a great mid size washer that surprised me greatly on the price point compared to a previous “industry leading” washer. It actually outperformed. However when I saw them drop the bubbletek machine I was a little optimistic, the price point was appealing but load size and other features had me wondering if it would be a great investment for myself as a small craft processor. Let’s just say it blew away my expectations. Not only as a tool for smaller test washes but its efficiency allows u to actually get through a good amount of product in a short period of time. The recirc and collection makes it effortless for pulling and blasting thru multiple runs, without compromising quality. This machine is The Smaller craft makers Dream Machine. Hats off to the crew over at hashtek for working with and for the maker and community as a whole!!!!
I have a hard time giving feedback on equipment without really getting to know it inside and out. I would hate to mislead or misinform potential customers of a product without doing my due diligence in performing the necessary operating and testing that is required to give an informed review of a unit like this. There’s been a lot of buzz and hype surrounding this machine, and for good reason. Now that I’ve had a few months to get to know the Bubbletek and put it through it’s paces, I feel I can give it a thorough, unbiased, knowledge-based review, based on well over a dozen different sized washes I’ve personally performed with this machine.
I was lucky enough to get to trial one of the original prototype Bubbletek units ahead of the initial release, and I must say, I was beyond impressed with every facet of the machine. The build quality on the vessel itself, the strainer basket, and all associated components (lid, clasps, handles etc.) are made of very high quality, durable materials that will stand the test of time. All welds are clean and solid. The hinged viewing window is ideal, and all components of the machine are easy to disassemble for thorough and quick cleaning.
The paddle design is ideal for moving material efficiently, providing sufficient surface area coverage to gently agitate the parent material and separate the precious gland heads without beating up the flower too much. The controller is very simple, yet gives you all the control you need to increase/decrease the speed of the paddle based on the requirements of the specific batch of material you’re working with. The motor itself is incredibly beefy and robust, and I’m confident it will continue to operate for years to come. All flanges on the unit are standard tri-clamp fittings, so connecting up external components like pumps, valves, spool pieces and hoses is a breeze.
I have ran fresh frozen washes between 2000-4500 grams, dry flower washes upwards of 900 grams, and trim washes upwards of 1800(!!!!) grams with great success, although I wouldn’t recommend running that much trim volume in a single wash.
Although the machines motor is incredibly strong and well built, with larger runs, a proper, lengthy pre-soak and brief hand-stir of your material in the unit is highly recommended in order to ensure your material is supple enough to not hold the motor up during your first wash. If you find this is happening, chances are that the machine is overloaded.**
In my honest and humble opinion, the bubbletek has a place in every sized processing room out there. Whether you’re a home enthusiast washing for just yourself, a breeder or pheno hunter doing r&d on new strains/phenos, or a large scale cultivator/producer running medium to large sized test washes, this unit is the perfect size for all of the above. The price point is incredible, and due to its capacity, there are very few (if any) comparable products on the market that will do for you what this machine will. The customer support you receive with Hashtek is another huge draw for me as a customer as well! They’re very easy to contact, and will work to get whatever issues you may have resolved in short order.
If you’re on the fence about it, I hope this review helps. There’s absolutely no buyer’s remorse over here, and my only gripe is that we didn’t have a product like this available to us sooner. It’s literally perfect for my needs.
