  • Compatibility: Uses the same tri-clamp system found throughout the BubbleTek platform.
  • Flexibility: Works with most lift carts and worktables.
  • Place your BubbleTek exactly where you want it mounted.
  • Use a dry-erase marker or pencil to trace the bottom of the BubbleTek feet themselves .
  • No need to pre-attach the mounting feet prior to tracing.
  • Carefully tip the unit onto its side.
  • Place each mounting foot inside the circles you drew.
  • Mark the bolt-hole centers while each mounting foot is aligned to its traced outline.
  • Look underneath your lift cart or table to ensure your center marks do not land directly on a support brace.
  • Adjust foot placement slightly if needed.
  • If you are using a Hashtek Lift Cart , you can follow the video exactly. The spacing is ideal.
  • Start with a smaller drill bit, then step up to 5/16" (8 mm) .
  • Use a bit of cutting oil to make drilling smoother and cleaner.
  • If your fit-up is slightly off, enlarge the hole to 3/8" (9 mm) to allow micro-adjustments before final tightening.
  • If a support brace is too close for the flat washer to fit, simply omit the flat washer .
  • The lock washer is the important piece for preventing loosening over time.
  • Place the gaskets on top of each mounting foot.
  • Lower the BubbleTek onto the mounted feet (two people recommended).
  • Attach the clamps , positioning them so they overhang the edge of your lift cart/table. This ensures enough room to tighten the thumb nut.
  • Tighten the clamps securely.
  • If space is tight (large carts or thick tables), replace the thumb nut with a 5/16" hex nut for easier tightening.
