This is not a complete system. It’s a raw component for experienced hashmakers looking to build or retrofit their own setup.

The Headhunter SRS (Stalk Removal Sieve) is a precision-perforated stainless steel sheet designed for final purification of dry sift. It selectively isolates trichome heads from stalks and larger contaminants using narrow slits that allow only slender particles to pass through. When paired with vibration, airflow, or brushing, it can also assist in cleanly separating heads from stalks.

This product is intended for DIY use only. We do not provide technical assistance or design support for integration.

Best Practices for Use:

Pre-sieve your input material (45–200µm) to remove large debris.
Keep sieving time under 2 minutes to minimize damage and maximize head retention.
Use suction or airflow to aid separation.
Consider static-assist techniques for optimal purity, but high-voltage or glove tech is not required.

The Headhunter SRS is ideal for final-stage purification and capable of reaching 99%+ head purity if clean material is used. For optimal results, build your own frame or use one of the free 3D printable frame designs available online.

Note: Due to the nature of perforation, some variability in hole size and spacing exists. Most errors trend smaller than spec, but occasional oversize slots may be present.
