As someone who prefers to hand buck everything, I have to admit the Buck It plates are a no-brainer for scaled production. just 2 of these plates allowed our team of 3 people to efficiently process over 1200 plants in 3 days. Negligible residue left over on plates after processing multiple kilos of fresh material and VERY easy to clean. If you are looking for a streamlined solution for bulk harvesting of fresh frozen that doesn't sacrifice quality at scale; these are for you!
