Hashtek Hand-Wash Bundle

Original price was: CAD $12,993.50.Current price is: CAD $9,098.70.

The Hashtek Hand-Wash bundle is perfect for the craft producer looking to move away from using plastic vessels such as brute garbage bins. The Hand-Wash bundle is fully compatible with the A-series agitator allowing you to upgrade to fully automated washing when you are ready to do so. Lift table not included, see description for recommendations. **minimum 2 week lead time**

  • Sanitary Magnetic Drive Pump
  • Extra fast flow rate for commercial producers or for long run lines
  • 25 GPM / 30′ head pressure
  • 3-way valve
    • This allows you to split your filtered water into two directions (1) Recirculate back to agitation tank or (2) drain to waste
    • Typically we recirculate until the water starts to get dirty. Then drain to waste and replace with ice cold water
  • 2x Sanitary Hose (5′ length)
    • These units ship with 2 lengths of braided silicone hose. 1.5″ hose is used to feed the pump (low pressure side) and 1″ hose is used after the pump (high pressure side). Both are 1.5″ Tri-Clamp connection.
  • 1x Quick Disconnect
    • These are great to use for quickly disconnecting hoses. At the very least we recommend using one at the back of the tank for quickly uncoupling the hose from the check valve. The pro move is to have a quick disconnect at the end of every sanitary hos
  • 1x 50a Work Bag
    • Custom made 50 gallon work bag (tank liner) for a perfect fit in the Hashtek 50a tank.
    • Food grade nylon, 220 micron
    • v2 strap design

Lift Table Recommendations (not Included): 50 gallons of water weighs around 420 lbs. We recommend a minimum of 660 lbs to 1000 lbs capacity for the lift table. The reason to use a lift table with the setup, as opposed to the table recommended with the A-series, is so that you can lower the tank to hand paddle and then raise it to gravity drain into your collection vessel. You can also run this setup on a raised platform with stairs.

  • Comes with a filter screen so that you can keep ice in the collection vessel underneath your collection bags. Single port rather than dual port like is used for agitation tanks.
  • Improved centre drain design
  • TIG welded Blickle medical caster wheels (no more dollies)
    • 1x Bag Spreader
      • This allows you to use a 220u work bag in the 50 gallon agitation tank. The bag spreader pushes the bag down and keeps it tight and pressed down in the tank.
      • The bag spreader is not required but some of our customers find that it makes emptying and cleaning the tank easier. The other option is to use a 220u bag in your collection bag spread and catch the small amounts of flower that make it through the Hashtek false bottom there. We find that less than 3% of the biomass typically makes it through the filter screen.
