Cut-to-fit gasket replacement kit. The gasket is supplied slightly long so you can trim it to fit after installation. This is easier than installing a pre-glued ring and helps create a precise fit. A reusable cutter jig is included at no additional charge.
- 85T: Choose the 25 ft kit. One 85T replacement uses approximately 100 inches; save the remaining material for the next replacement.
- 25A & 30A option: Supplies approximately 65 inches for one replacement.
- 50A & 65A option: Supplies approximately 100 inches for one replacement.
- 10 ft: Suitable when you only need a shorter continuous length.
- 25 ft (recommended): Best for keeping spare gasket material on hand or servicing multiple screens.

- 1 reusable gasket cutter jig for making clean, straight, square cuts, included at no additional charge
- 1 scraper-style single-edge razor blade with standard kits, or 3 blades with the 50 ft bulk length , for use with the cutter jig
- Mini precision-tip squeeze bottle of adhesive for joining the cut ends

- Measure the gasket, load it into the included jig, and make a clean, straight, square cut.
- Install it around the screen edge.
- Use the included glue to join the ends and complete the seal.
- Cleaning: Use 70% isopropyl alcohol with a microfiber or lint-free towel.

- Our recommendation: choose the 25 ft kit. The gasket material is supplied in one continuous length that you cut to fit. Ordering 25 ft gives you enough material for the current replacement and extra to keep on hand for future replacements.
