Many customers ask us how dry sift collected from our dry sift tumblers can be turned into malleable hash that can be pressed into bricks, aged or packaged into smallers amounts for consumption.

At small scale this can be done using a hot wine bottle as per frenchy tek.

At scale this can be done using a meat grinder which crushes some of the trichome heads releasing oils and activating the resin. The pellets that come from the meatgrinder can then be loaded into a pre press and pressed into bricks.

Due to the recent port worker strike in Vancouver, the Bubble Tek drop has been delayed by at least two weeks, now expected in early December.
To support anyone urgently needing to process material, we’re offering our Summertime Special on the Analog Control 2.1 65A, which provides even better $/WPFF value than the Bubble Tek units.

This situation is out of our hands and underscores why we opted for a drop model instead of pre-orders. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time!

Lately I filter everything through 5μm. I’ve tried lots of combinations and it always gives the cleanest material. The presses are slower than higher micron bags. You have to hit the final press at high heat to get any trapped THCA to flow. I recommend 275-300°F for the last press.

One advantage of the finer micron is less rosin loss to the bag. When using a larger micron outer bag the open space fills with rosin that is lost to the bag.
